At Worldwide Translation Center, we want to make sure we offer you high quality translations - each translation project involves a labor-intensive process.
Pre-Production:
Selection of Team
Based on the specific needs, characteristics and requirements of the project, a project manager, translators, editors and proofreaders are chosen.
Glossary Development
Refers to compiling a glossary of terms specific to the client's industry. The glossary is used to ensure that the translated terminology is consistent with the terms already utilized by the industry and to ensure consistency within and across the project.

Production:
Translation
Once the glossary is approved, the translation process begins by a professional native-speaking translator who specializes in the subject matter of the document.
Editing
Once the translation is completed, an equally qualified editor then reviews the project. We assign a technical editor who is currently specialized in the field as this person has the most current knowledge of the industry terminology. That person checks the accuracy of the translation against the original text.
Proofreading
After the translation has been checked for accuracy, a proofreader makes sure that the document has the appropriate tone and flow in the target language.
Client Translation Review
Finally, we build on the client's expertise by working with their overseas colleagues to review the translation. Changes to terminology or phrasing are completed at no charge.
Delivery to Client
We will deliver your translation in any format convenient for the client.
